How do I find your warehouse?

How do I place an order?

Click for online store at top-right of website, or click here. You can order and pay online. You may also directly come to the warehouse (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm) to pay and pickup.

Can I order online and pick up at warehouse?

Yes, please select warehouse pickup for shipping method when you check out online.

Which products are in stock?

Please check online store for in-stock products. Click for online store at top-right of website, or click here.

I want to buy in large quantity?

If you would like to purchase large quantity (100 boxes or 1 pallet of bricks- around 400 or more bricks), please email Sales@KTRefractories.com.

I want to request quotation for specialty refractory material?

For specialty products not in stock on the online store, please email Sales@KTRefractories.com.
